1) Construction of a single storey respite house, associated ancillary accommodation and site boundary treatment. 2) Change of use of existing building (former ESB social centre, consisting generally of All Purpose Hall, bar and dressing rooms and associated ancillary accommodation) to new use as Enable Ireland services building for children and adult service users with physical disabilities, containing offices, meeting rooms, staff accommodation, conference facilities, treatment rooms, hydrotherapy pool, pre-school and all associated ancillary accommodation. This building to be extended in two storey structures to South, East and North elevations and the building to be extended internally (with former All Purpose Hall) forming two levels. All the above works to be undertaken in association with all necessary ancillary accommodation and site services inclusive of pumped foul sewer, car parking and internal road network and adjustments to current entrance to the site.
