The overall height of the plant above ground level will be 27.85 metres; 2) Factory (3940m2) for the manufacturing of hollow core precast concrete flooring including all ancillary works, the overall height of the factory above ground level will be 14 metres; 3) Product storage area (2.8 hectares), toilets/shower, changing room & office facility (44m2) and associated effluent holding tank (13.25m2); water settlement tanks (82m2); and all ancillary works.
