Permission for the following development to be completed in 2 separate phases.
Phase 1: Modifying the internal layouts, extensions to the west and north facing elevations for production and storage and to the south facing elevation for refrigeration plant rooms and external cladding to the front west and north facing elevation.
Phase 2: Replacing the containerised storage with a traditional build for both cold store and chill stores to the south/ west facing elevations, and modifications to the existing car parking layout together with associated site works.
