Totalling 34 beds; reconfiguration of stair core and corridors on all floors; omission of double bedroom and increase in dayroom area to 75.8 sq.m. on ground floor; provision of dayroom (25 sq.m.) on first floor; omission of two bedrooms on third floor; provision of equip store on ground, third and fourth floor; all associated elevational changes; and all associated engineering and site works necessary to facilitate the development.
