To construct a mixture of single storey and two storey school extensions to the front and rear of the existing school building. These works will include the demolition of an existing retreat house (to the rear of the site), school buildings (including the separation of school building from the existing convent building) and boundary wall along convent hill, together with the reorganisation and refurbishment of the existing 2 storey school building. The above works will also include adjustment to the existing vehicular entrance and relocation of pedestrian entrance and the construction of new on-street bus bay, new boundary wall to convent hill, site boundary treatment, car parking, playgrounds, new internal road network and all ancillary accommodation and site works.

Demolition of parts of existing school, splitting of the site. Construction of 12 classrooms, a general purpose room and ancillary accommodation, approx. 1,900sq m. The works will be phased to omit the need for temporary accommodation. All siteworks including new boundary treatment, new drainage, hard-standing areas, play areas and additional car parking spaces is to be provided. Extensive refurbishment works are to be carried out too the existing school.
