The Tender Documents for the CDDCC project have been sub- divided into two lots –
LOT 1; to consist of the construction of 14 two-bedroom, semi-detached, single storey sheltered housing units, all associated site works to the junction with the access road to the adjoining estate.
LOT 2; to consist of the construction of a single storey, Day Care Centre and all associated site works relating to the site of the Day Care Centre.
