This application also includes for: temporary construction access to the north of the proposed permanent ramp access to the basement from Castleforbes Road as permitted under Reg.Ref. DSDZ3350/15; attenuation, foul and surface water arrangements; and all associated site development boundary treatment, services provision and landscaping works.
