Construct a flavour manufacturing, development and storage facility on a circa 17 hectare site within the Wexford IDA Business and technology park at Sinnottstown and Rochestown (E.D. Drinagh), Wexford. The development will comprise of a 2 storey, 17,380m2 approx. manufacturing building, a 3,358m2 approx. administration building and a 1,590m2 approx. utilities building, together with external facilities such as tank farm, tanks, cooling towers, pipebridges, process and sprinkler water tank and pumphouse, abatement plant, wastewater processing tanks, firewater and attenuation ponds, external boiler stack (19m high approx.), security guard house and other items of plant and equipment. Access to the application site will be from a spur off the R730 within the IDA business park. The development also includes extensive landscape and planted berming, an internal road network, security fencing, site signage and ancillary external works, together with car parking, encompassing an overall area of 13.4 hectares approximately. In addition, 3.4 hectares of adjacent land will contain a construction compound which will be reinstated upon completion of construction.
