The construction of a Social housing development for older persons comprising 15 dwellings on lands at Ballybaan More, Galway.
The development will consist of:
(a) 15 no. residential units comprising of: (i) 12 no. two-bedroom apartments in a two-storey apartment building (ii) 3 no. two-bedroom apartments in a single-storey terraced apartment building; with (iii) renewable energy design measures for each unit; and (b) supporting development works including (i) access road, (ii) central courtyard; (iii) parking spaces; (vi) landscaping; (vii) central tv satellite; (ix) surface water attenuation tank; (x) bin storage; (xi) temporary construction signage; (xii) estate signage; (xiii) new site boundary treatment comprising walls and railings; and (iv) all associated site works.
