Phase 2 development will consist of a 5-storey extension to the existing Emergency Department block (Phase 1) and alterations to the existing hospital building layouts for existing and proposed parts functional connection. Phase 2 to incorporate an extension to the existing ED, with 3 storeys of in-patient wards, Operating Department and screened plant area on roof level. Scope of works under this notice does not include fit out of 3rd, 4th and part of Ground Floor. Also alteration to existing Emergency Department and installation of equipping of plant area are proposed in reduced scope.
