The development will consist of the demolition of an existing single storey building know as the Assembly building and Medical Records Building located to the north of the Jonathan Swift Clinic, Robert Mayne Day Hospital and Hospital 7 buildings to the south and east of the National Plan for Radiation Oncology Building Phase 1 and to the west of the Hope Directive building on the hospital grounds.
