Works include a 110kv GIS (gas insulated substation) building (2-storey); an MV (medium voltage) building (single storey); 4 no. transformer bays. Total GFA (gross floor area) of buildings c. 1,363.2 sq.m. Revised accesses to compound off existing internal roads. Staff parking within compound. Landscape / boundary treatment including retention of existing trees / hedgerow, provision of planted berm, fencing, access gates. All associated site development works and services provision.
