Development of 12 mushroom tunnels with building canopy, also to replace mushroom tunnel no. 8 with dry store building and move mushroom tunnel no. 8 to new area on the site to no. 63, to include building canopy at one end of tunnel, proposed dry store building no. 64 to include cold store and packaging area. Proposed dry store building no. 61 will incorporate woodchip boiler house. Propose to decommission existing septic tank and percolation area with proposed waste water treatment system and percolation area to a new area on the site, proposed 2 soil water tanks, proposed 40 car parking spaces, also planning permission to construct photovoltaic solar panels onto dry store buildings for own on farm use and all associated works on our land
