The construction of a single tier 2,195 seat spectator stand, including associated ancillary and welfare facilities, within the boundaries of tallaght stadium to the south of the existing spectator stands and pitch and within the existing walls of the stadium. The new stand will occupy an area of 1004sq. M with a roof height of 13. 6m. A new access/egress will be formed in the existing southern boundary wall.
Tender:
Third Stand, Tallaght Stadium. Construction of a single tier 2,183 spectator stand including all access & seating, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary site works.
In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the forms QW2 and QW3-SAQ.
It is a requirement that the tendering contractor must have:
• at least one project which demonstrates the delivery of a Design and Build Contract under the GCCC CF2/RIAI contract or equivalent approved with a minimum value of €2,000,000.00 excluding VAT in the last seven years and
• successfully completed at least one project in the last seven years with a structural subcontract in pre-cast/cast-in-situ concrete valued at not less than 25% of total contract value.
The evidence should be in accordance with the requirements identified here (or if for any valid reason this
evidence cannot be provided then alternative evidence which is considered appropriate by the Contracting
Authority may be provided)
