The development on the southwest sector will consist of the refurbishment of the 2 storey Gort Glas Building, an extension to the north to provide new stairwell, entrance lobby and canopy, an extension to the south to provide a new single storey bay, demolition of outhouse buildings, one additional car parking space along with associated landscaping and ancillary works.
