The proposed scheme comprises of 9 No Residential Units (6 Apartments, 3 Houses), complete with associated site development and infrastructural works at Townlands, Rosscarbery Co. Cork.
Contractors will be required to comply with the code of practice for inspecting and certifying buildings and works as defined in SINo.9 of 2014 Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
The Main contractor will be responsible for the duties of Project Supervisor Construction Stage.
