The proposed development consists of an internal mezzanine within the curtilage of the existing facility housing plant and equipment sized 845 square meters, a single storey electrical building sized 66 square meters and 6.1 meters high, a single storey sprinkler pump house sized 91 square meters and 6 meters high with its associated water tank, both located to the rear of the existing facility. The works include a 3 meter high security fence and gates to the rear of the facility. The development relates to alterations and external works to the previously permitted Advanced Technology Building by IDA Ireland, Planning Reference No 13/7048
