The construction of an additional storey over the existing office and boiler room areas to contain rooftop plant and equipment and access stairwell (over existing boiler house) and a new third floor to contain offices, stairwell and associated control/plantroom and ancillary accommodation. Relocation and reorganisation of plant and equipment on site to facilitate the building extension. All the above works to be undertaken on site.
