Development at this existing milk processing plant. The development will consist of the construction of a new boiler house and associated infrastructure, including a 32 metre tall exhaust stack. The development is to accommodate the installation of a new bio-mass fueled combined heat and power plant to replace the existing steam boilers at the site. Existing activities at the site operate under an EPA industrial emissions licence, ref. no. P0405-02
