Demolition of the existing external canopy and stairs to the east of the existing 2-storey admin building; construction of a 2-storey extension linking the existing 2-storey admin building with the existing 3-storey packaging building, to provide an extended canteen area, additional offices, and cleanroom; rooftop plant, including new screen over the existing and proposed rooftop plant rooms, and a roof cat ladder; and modifications to the internal road network to the south of the proposed development to allow for vehicle circulation.
