Phase 2: Includes internal modifications to Glenhaven Foods existing manufacturing facility accommodating minor internal changes to the existing warehouse & production are. An extension to the side of the existing offices to accommodate improved amenity & welfare facilities. Extensions to the rear & sides of the existing facility, this will include the addition of new docklevellers & a loading bay area all together with associated site works. Phase 3: A 2-Storey extension to the front of the existing coldstore. This will include the addition of new docklevellers & loading bay area all together with associated site works.
