Permission is sought for a change of use to existing planning permission (Register References 0954/96 and 1311/99) from warehouse use to metal recycling use for reception, storage and preliminary processing of up to 10,000 tonnes per annum of metal products and materials prior to shipment off site for further recovery and treatment. Note: Register Reference FW11A/0100 has already granted such change of use for part of the premises. The application relates change of use which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Waste Management Facility Permit from Fingal County Council.
