The project involves the construction of a new single storey pitched roof extension to the rear of Ballymote CNU, minor extension to the front, & external adjustments. The interior of the building is to be re-planned & upgraded to meet HIQA requirements. The works are to be carried out on a phased basis over three phases, & the building will remain fully occupied during each phase. Mechanical and electrical services are to be renewed & temporary service arrangements will be required to keep the building functioning safely & to an acceptable standard.
