A single storey extension to the existing farm vehicle storage building. The extension will consist of a portal steel framed, profiled metal sheet clad building with open central courtyard for the storage of towed farm and agricultural equipment and the storage of hay, together with associated forecourts, new access drive and associated car parking to the north of the existing vehicle storage building, the relocation of the existing cattle crush and holding pens and the formation of an underground cattle slurry storage tank; the realignment of the existing surface water drainage system and fencing at the south-west corner of the new building and the installation of a new gravity surface water drainage system discharging to a new attenuation swale in the adjoining copse with overflow discharge to existing watercourse, the removal of various sections of coppice trees and shrubs to facilitate the new drainage system and the installation of new fire hydrants and main, together with all associated works.
